See the plans before you sign up

The homepage and the Pricing page list the Free plan and the monthly price for one attorney, two attorneys, and each attorney after that. Those are the same prices you see when you create a firm.

Download all contracts

A firm admin can request a zip of every contract from Settings or from the close-account page, and LawFrame emails a link when it is ready. Each contract includes the file you uploaded and the latest Word agreement when one exists, and a note lists anything left out.

A follow-up link asks only what is still open

The next link you send includes questions the client has not answered, including Not sure and Please discuss with me, plus any question you flagged to ask again. Questions they already answered, questions marked Attorney only, and questions you deferred stay off that link.

Send back now emails your client

Send back now emails the address saved on the client and includes your note, leaving the current answer in place until they reply. Nothing is sent when that client has no email yet, and Flag to re-ask only saves a note.

Close the account from Settings

A firm admin can close the firm from Settings. Sign-in, client links, and billing stop right away, the data is deleted seven days later, and until then you can download every contract plus the latest Word agreement for any contract that has one.

A later client answer is the one that gets drafted

If a client answers again after you send a question back, Update with AI and Compose answers draft the clause from that new answer. Compose answers turns several answers on the same clause into one clause, and an answer you already saved is drafted again when the client replaces it.

Ask opens with questions for this kind of contract

Ask This Contract starts with a short list written for the agreement type, such as an NDA or a lease, and other types use a general list. The list stays above the question box after you use one, and tapping a question fills the box without sending it.

The Free plan limits are on the sign-up price

The Free plan box on sign-up shows how many new contracts and Ask questions one attorney gets each month. The page opens at the top, so the trial and those prices are visible before the form.

A trial with no card becomes the Free plan

When the 14-day trial ends and you have not added a card, the firm stays on the Free plan for one attorney, with a monthly cap on new contracts and on Ask questions. A firm that still has more than one attorney needs a firm admin to leave a single seat, or a paid plan, before work can continue.

Walk through client answers and save the wording

Apply client answers takes you through each approved answer so you can save, edit, or skip the suggested clause, and you can leave and come back. Questions on the same clause are one step, and that step drafts a single clause from all of them.

You get an email when a client submits answers

When a client submits the question form, LawFrame emails the lawyer who sent the link. The note names who answered and the matter, and lists each question with the answer they chose.

You stay signed in while you work

A short pause no longer signs you out, including on a phone. Remember me is checked on the sign-in form unless you turn it off.

New matter suggests the state as you type

Jurisdiction on New matter and on upload suggests US states as you type a name or an abbreviation, and NY is saved as New York. A value that is not a US state is not accepted, and leaving the field blank is still allowed.

The contract type you pick is the one that stays

If you choose a contract type when you upload, LawFrame keeps it while the document is read, and a blank field is detected for you. The form says to leave it blank to automatically detect the contract type.

Home shows how many trial days are left

During a trial, Home says how many days are left, including on an iPhone where that line used to sit under the browser toolbar.

A short tour after you sign up

A new firm gets a Getting started card that explains four steps: add a client, upload a contract, send client questions, and download the Word file. The tour does not create a client, send a link, or build a document for you.

Turn one client answer into clause wording

On an approved answer, Update with AI proposes wording for that one clause from the question, the client's answer, and the clause as it stands. Nothing in the agreement changes until you press Save wording.

Write a client question from your phone

On a small screen, choosing a clause for a client question pins a bar to the bottom of the page. Open it to write the question, then collapse it without losing what you typed or your place in the contract.

Save an email on the client

When you add a client, you can store an email address. That address is filled in when you send questions.

Line breaks from Word stay in the clause

Clauses keep manual line breaks from the Word file, so signature lines and short lines no longer run together.

Upload opens on Processing

After you upload a contract, LawFrame opens the Processing page so you can see it being read before you write questions.

Start a firm without an invitation

You can create a firm from the public sign-up page and start a 14-day trial with no card. You become the firm admin, and you can add a card later from Billing.
